Our background
Randy Bridge had a dream. As a Real Estate Developer in 1984 in the Seattle area, he recognized the advantages of selling a well-decorated home versus a vacant home. Cyndyn Bridge knew how to transform a vacant house into "THE" Home to buy. In 1985, they moved to Denver and combined their talents with now-retired partners Jan and Phil Brown, to revolutionize the floundering Real Estate market.Caretakers of America is proud to say we initiated a concept that has proven valuable over time — more than twenty years.
