Caretakers of America, Inc. contracts caretakers, as independent sub-contractors (this avoids landlord/tenant hassles). Applicants are carefully screened and interviewed; in fact, the applicant’s furniture is previewed using photographs or digital images so that they can be matched properly to the correct home, enabling more of a “model home” appearance.
